Everything we need is already available in the portal so there's no need for any customization, Our representative's understanding of our requirements has been excellent and his explanations and training sessions have been a real highlight.
Cons
It's still early in our journey with Abara but so far, things are going well and I haven't encountered anything negative just yet one thing I feel could be improved is the auto-scoring system for short answer type questions in assessments, if the system could recognize and score these based on matching keywords even if it's a small enhancement, it would add great value to the portal.

One feature I'd really like to see is support for checklist-based learning activities but I understand that's already in development and expected to be released between July and September 2023.

The platform itself was very easy to learn and navigate. We were given a comprehensive one-day tutorial that was both thorough and explorative, yet still easy to follow and understand. One of the things we really appreciated was the ability to remove features we weren't using and retain the option to reactivate them later if needed. It has also proven to be highly proactive and communicative when it comes to upcoming holidays or scheduled maintenance, they provide detailed notifications well in advance, ensuring minimal disruption.
