I find it user-friendly, and the reports are mostly self-explanatory
Pros

Everything we need is already available in the portal so there's no need for any customization, Our representative's understanding of our requirements has been excellent and his explanations and training sessions have been a real highlight.

Cons

It's still early in our journey with Abara but so far, things are going well and I haven't encountered anything negative just yet one thing I feel could be improved is the auto-scoring system for short answer type questions in assessments, if the system could recognize and score these based on matching keywords even if it's a small enhancement, it would add great value to the portal.

What I like most is how simple it is to use�the automated features save a ton of time and customer service has been top-notch.

Cons

When it comes to the platform's functionality, the support staff and how prompt they are with responses, I honestly have no issues at all, everything has been smooth and reliable.

The system's versatility makes it easy to use and learners enjoy seamless access to training from any device, it scales well from small SMEs to full international enterprises and I can track a learner's journey from day one to completion.

Cons

I haven't found any real downsides with the system because the team keeps upgrading features and is always open to new ideas and suggestions to enhance the platform, the development team is forward-thinking and proactive.

Extremely happy with this product for the past 7 years
Pros

It's been super easy to use and the automation features save us lots of time, plus the client support is excellent, it's ideal for both single learning portals and multi-client learning needs.

Cons

One feature I'd really like to see is support for checklist-based learning activities but I understand that's already in development and expected to be released between July and September 2023.

I highly recommend the Abara platform

We've found the Abara team to be extremely responsive and genuinely eager to support us at every juncture. Even when we submit an email or open a help ticket, we receive an immediate confirmation outlining how the issue will be assigned and handled. The resolution process is typically expedited and completed within 24 hours, which is impressive especially considering the significant time difference between India and the United States. The platform itself was very easy to learn and navigate. We were given a comprehensive one-day tutorial that was both thorough and explorative, yet still easy to follow and understand. One of the things we really appreciated was the ability to remove features we weren't using and retain the option to reactivate them later if needed. It has also proven to be highly proactive and communicative when it comes to upcoming holidays or scheduled maintenance, they provide detailed notifications well in advance, ensuring minimal disruption. Even during those holidays or maintenance windows, we've continued to receive prompt responses whenever an issue has come up. We truly feel valued as a customer, and every inquiry we've made has been treated with a high level of priority and a quick response time

Cons

We've had zero complaints when it comes to how the platform performs, the support team's responsiveness or their overall timeliness, it's been a great experience.

I think the admin-side customization is a huge plus and the learner interface feels really user-friendly.

A few of the reports could use some improvement but overall they're still manageable and don't interfere with usability.
