The Acorn staff are very responsive and helpful, they are genuinely invested in ensuring we have a good experience. Our staff enjoys the format since it's similar to other LMS products we use for contracts. Price comparison was great and we can import all our training records into Acorn for reporting. It has a good look and feel for users.
Cons
The reporting features could benefit from more options.

Great customer service with their rep, he was always available to answer any queries. Course creation, onboarding, uploading files, videos and managing sub courses has been smooth.

The support team is incredibly helpful and effective. We've just developed and launched our Performance and Development form using momentum in Learnhub. The Acorn team, particularly with their representative was super helpful and supportive with the build and testing process.
Cons
It would be great to have more templates and see how other agencies and companies are utilizing the LMS.

Acorn is easy to implement and administer and it's really simple for users. Having used many LMS systems, Acorn is by far the easiest and most userful one I've used.
Cons
Since the workflow system is still relatively new, there's room for improvement.

It's easy to find the training I need to complete and the system sends automatic reminders when my mandatory training is due for refreshment.
Cons
The default dashboard feels quite basic and could use an overhaul, although I believe system administrators can customize it.

Our representative has been essential in getting courses and tenancies set up. Huge thanks for all of his efforts. Acorn is easy to use and has great features.

A bulk enrollment feature would be incredibly beneficial. Currently we rely on the Acorn support team, but it would be better to handle this ourselves. Also recurring issues with video size/length need to be addressed.
