I find the HR section to be super helpful for organizing work with my team. Its great that I can create individual accounts for each employee, storing all their data and documents in one place. Automating sick leaves, holidays and official day calculations is a huge time saver and helps avoid mistakes. Also love how everything is stored centrally so its easy to quickly access regulations and other important files when you need to. The system is efficient and organized if I had to put it in simple terms.
Cons
Few areas could have been better. Unavailability of a mobile app for instance. Not having a mobile app makes it harder for people who work from their phones. Also It'd be great to have Zapier integration so I could automate even more tasks and connect the HR block with other tools I use. Other than these couple things, its been a pretty good experience.
