Modern and competitive learning tool
Pros

I really like the patented clone technology as it creates great realistic simulations. The digital coach is also a big help in making our business run more efficiently.

Cons

The Train component definitely needs some improvements to better fit our needs.

Supports digital transformation
Pros

The fact is that it gives us the ability to produce and update an unlimited amount of learning content through software simulation, makes it our top choice.

Cons

User training could be better, and the tracking features could use some improvements too. As a few tweaks would make the platform perform even better.

A unique tool for simulated training
Pros

Assima is the only solution available for creating truly simulated e-learnings for any application. Its unique cloning technology not only makes it quite simple to create content but also to maintain it. I also like how it removes barriers related to training environments, data sets and user management. It even makes it remarkably easy to capture and edit content, which has made a positive impact on our training design and production timelines. Moreover, being able to generate training materials in multiple languages with ease sets us apart in our global implementations and providing a full-scale solution from onboarding training to live application guidance creates a continuous learning journey just as we want it.

Cons

I have very little to criticize such as I feel like the reporting and analytics section could be improved to provide deeper insights into our training needs and developments.

Close to expectations but not quite
Pros

Introducing it to content creators in a big organization is easy, and there is no need to install software on client devices. Also Assima Assist is great for in-app guidance. Creating new content for specific end users and applications is quick and simple. The reporting features work well and meet my expectations. Plus the authorization setup for managing content teams is flexible and easy to use.

Cons

The absence of quiz functionality is a significant problem for us. We had this feature available on the old Assima Change Management Suite, but unfortunately, it is missing from the new Vimago Platform. Since almost all the e-learning courses we create require a way to verify that learners have understood the material, this functionality is very important. Implementing alternative solutions in a large organization is difficult as it would require additional steps such as software selection, supplier contracts, purchase orders, license management, software scripting, testing and incorporating extra support into our ITSM process to handle potential integration issues.

Stands out among others
Pros

The cloning technology is what makes this platform stand out to us. It is highly adaptable and works well with just about any technology.

Cons

I noticed that separate licenses are required for each technology, such as SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, SharePoint and others, which complicates the licensing process.
