How Does CoreAcheive Work?

Here is a complete walkthrough to help you use CoreAchieve.

• Sign Up and Log In -  Visit this LMS’s official website, sign up for the CoreAchieve demo, and create an account. Pick up a plan according to your needs and move on to setting up your profile.
• Set Up Your Organization Profile - Add your organization’s logo, color scheme, and theme, configure user roles and access permissions. Integrate with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, or any other platform (if needed).
• Create a Course -  Now, begin by creating a course, start with choosing a title and writing a brief description. Select the preferred delivery method(self-paced, virtual, or instructor-led), add modules or learning paths to structure your content.
• Upload or Add Content -  Add learning materials such as videos, PDF documents, presentation slides, or SCORM/xAPI packages to your courses. Integrate live Zoom or Microsoft Teams sessions, add interactive quizzes, insert checkpoints within videos, and include engaging learning activities to enhance the overall course experience.
• Set Completion Rules and Certification -  Now, set the course completion rules, configure automatic certificate generation and expiration dates. Enable recertification reminders if required.
• Add and Manage Users -  Next, add learners, instructors, or admins, assign roles and arrange users into groups or departments.
• Enroll Learners -  Manually enroll users in the courses or allow self-enrollment. Set enrollment deadlines, notifications, or access rules.
• Monitor Progress and Performance -  Use built-in reports and Power BI dashboards to track learner activity. Track individual progress, review quiz results, monitor course completion, and check certificate status. Export data or schedule reports for compliance audits.
• Automate Recurring Training -  Create repeating courses or certifications for jobs that need regular training. Set up automatic email reminders for certificates that are about to expire or tasks overdue.
