I love that this platform brings everything together in one place for employee learning. It lets me track learning progress, manage compliance courses and use analytics to improve performance. Plus, it measures key performance indicators based on my role, which is really helpful.

Cons

Great for online courses and evaluations
Pros

The best thing about it is that it automatically assigns online learning. So, uploading courses, tests, and curricula is now way too easy and does not take much of my time.

Cons

We have not been able to set up the proper rules to ensure that the system automatically assigns content as specifically as we require.

Simplifies the training process
Pros

The customizable learning paths and interactive content tools make Cornerstone LMS a standout platform. The learning path is perfect for onboarding new users, as it lets me create individual training programs based on different roles or skill levels, keeping me engaged throughout every step of my training journey for a genuine, personalized experience.

Cons

Even though it works fine for us but I still believe it needs to improve its reporting dashboard. For now it seems overly complex for beginners. Plus I have noticed that the mobile app's features do not match those on the desktop platform often disrupting my learning when I use mobile for training.
