Great experience using it

Pros

It's really userfriendly and suits our needs perfectly. We have been using the open-source version since 2012, which was developed and set up by our IT team. Some features from the "old" eFront are no longer available but the LMS has been well developed and the hosting service is essential for our clients. We're happy with our choice which came after a thorough market study.

Cons

We faced some issues with SCORM files and time tracking for a few months but the problem has now been solved. The fix is also available for other users and I'm happy to have contributed to resolving this. Other minor fixes were handled by the excellent support team.

Good tool, continuosly improving

Pros

I feel eFront is continuously improved by the developers. When we needed a Biosig program integrated, they did so quickly and flawlessly. Whenever I've had any issues, their tech support has resolved them promptly. The most important part? I rarely run into issues with eFront, it's been a few years since I've had any problems.

Cons

It's very time consuming to load content and tracking and finding test questions isn't easy. Inputting test questions, answers and the reasoning behind the correct answers also takes a lot of time.

Super easy software

Pros

It's easy to use and set up, create courses and paths and develop content. Users seem to enjoy it and use it often.

Cons

Reporting isn't 100% accurate and content creation isn't as easy as it could be since formatting is quite challenging.

An efficient and easy-to-use LMS

Pros

Love the abundance of functions and the ability to manage them easily. The student interface is very adaptable and the functionality of the branches is powerful.

Cons

There are some minor bugs but I'm looking forward to the new UI.

Reliable system for learning management

Pros

I find the platform to be very easy to set up and use and also it has top notch customer support.

Cons

I can't identify a major deficiency since we don't use every feature available.

Top LMS solution

Pros

The price is definitely the best part of TalentLMS, it's also very simple to use and easy to move between the admin, teacher and student roles.

Cons

There could definitely be more automation especially when assignments or courses aren't completed.

eFront review after one year of use in the pharma industry

Pros

The overall experience has been great and so far, it's one of the nicest eLMS systems I've worked with. Implementation is easy and restricting information via branches is simple.

Cons

For the pharmaceutical industry, one significant downside is that it doesn't come with a validation dossier, so each company has to perform their validation from scratch.

eFront simplifies eLearning

Pros

It's easy to use, simple yet powerful specially the security features like 2FA and Okta integration, are the best according to me.

Cons

I feel there's a steep learning curve when it comes to managing (admin) tasks but once you're familiar with it, it's an excellent LMS.

A great cloud-based LMS for managing learning

The most impactful features of eFront include its comprehensive course library, the ability to customize content based on our needs and its userfriendly interface. Yes, eFront is easy to use and navigate and it makes creating custom learning experiences simple. Integration with existing business processes can depend on complexity but in general, it's pretty simple.

Cons

One of the least liked features of eFront is the limited customization options for building online training courses. Some users find the interface outdated and difficult to navigate which can be frustrating. Also the built-in course builder has limited options and many users wish for more customization when creating courses.

An LMS perfect for small businesses and startups

Pros

The look and feel are very customizable and I also think it's easy to use with fast support and the knowledge articles are rich and clear.

Cons

Customizing the mobile app was a bit cost-prohibitive.
