Pros
The most important thing for us was finding an LMS that fits our needs. And for us, eLeap has been great for specific use cases where a lighter LMS works best. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the gamification features do a good job of tracking basic professional development training. Plus, their customer support has been amazing!
Cons
Since it's a lightweight LMS, I get that there are some feature limitations so I won't hold that against them. That said, while the interface is simple, I feel like it could use a modern refresh to make it look better and feel more polished for the end user.

User-friendly LMS
User-friendly LMS
Pros
It has everything our small but growing company needs. The live, US-based support team is super responsive and provides excellent service. The built-in eCommerce module is a great bonus and the pricing is very reasonable, especially since it scales as our customer base grows.
Cons
There have been some minor UI improvements but nothing major. Also it doesn't have built-in eLearning authoring tools, but you can upload course files which actually makes sense. And I have been told that uploading courses is the better approach since it keeps your content from being owned by the vendor, which can sometimes happen when authoring content online.

Simple, yet highly effective

Pros
The UX is really smooth and it doesn't take much time to get used to. I like that there are different ways to learn, like quizzes and interactive activities. All this they make training a lot more engaging.
Cons
It would be really helpful if we could set expiry dates on courses like for first aid training. Also, there's no offline accessibility, which if available would be a great addition.

Pros
What stands out the most for me is the technical support, pricing, flexibility, ease of use and overall convenience.
Cons
eLeaP interface just isn't as modern or user-friendly as some other LMS platforms out there.

Pros
eLeap has a lot of great features, but what I like the most is how simple and easy the interface is to navigate.
Cons
Finding a specific user in the system is harder than it should be. Also, some keyboard characters aren't recognized, which is a major flaw.

Pros
The system is very user-friendly and meets all our needs. And anytime we have a question, their team is super helpful. We've been using eLeap since 2010 and they have done a lot of upgrades, most of which were based on feedback we had given about functionality.
Cons
I don't have any issues with the product or the vendor, but a business decision (not mine) was made to switch to another LMS for a global setup. Even though this one does meet that requirement.
