Pros
The customer service has been amazing from the start, whether we are setting it up or asking everyday questions. They respond quite fast to any technical issues. As an admin, I find the interface really easy to use for creating courses and managing products. Plus the content management tools are great as it allows me to build new pages easily with tons of widgets, and I love that I can customize the site design. The explainers and documentation are really helpful and the AMS integration is a nice bonus.
Cons
I have noticed that the system is pretty slow when it comes to adopting LTI compliance. Also from a users perspective, the course interface feels a bit clunky and the different components don't always flow together smoothly.
