Emtrain helps us run yearly and ad hoc organization-wide courses and surveys. The ease of reporting and analytics is incredibly helpful. It really offers a vast number of training options like cybersecurity, HR and business and our organization gets exactly the output we need.

Cons

I think it should conduct more frequent course updates and reviews and increase client interaction and feedback requests.

The way the content is organized is wonderful. Concepts are explored deeply and presented clearly.

Sometimes the topics feel too brief and some of the training formats don't really fit interactive polling well.

Emtrain's content is inclusive, diverse and focused on employees. They make sure all employees are represented in the training and materials. Their programs are knowledgeable, professional and skilled at breaking down complex topics into practical, actionable steps tailored to meet our goals.

Customizing their training content can take a few months, so I recommend planning that customization period carefully in your timeline.

Reliable & helpful services

Pros

It's an easy to use platform. I had the chance to work as an administrator for a course my company was rolling out and the platform was very userfriendly. The Emtrain team always supported me promptly, which helped me keep my project and deadlines on track.

Cons

So far I haven't found anything I dislike or find complicated about using the platform.

Good but has room for improvement

I like that the training is pretty simple and the material is light, so it doesn't overwhelm the staff who need to complete it.

Cons

The Emtrain team doesn't do a good job incorporating features we need, like integrations. Many of our feature requests would improve the product, but they don't seem to care or try to offer solutions or workarounds.

Our preferred compliance training partner

Pros

This is my second time choosing Emtrain as a preferred vendor for compliance training. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to implement, the solid customer support, smooth integration and the frequent course updates that reflect law changes.

Cons

Some features on the hosted platform, like course reminders, notifications and enrollment management, feel a bit clunky. I used both the SCORM LMS and the hosted platform and I prefer using the LMS.
