This makes it a lot easier to manage training requirements. It's simple to use and comes with a lot of courses in its default library.
Cons
I think the help documentation is a bit lacking. Features like Alerts aren't explained at all. Also there doesn't seem to be a way to promote a user to Administrator.

It offers good videos and tests that provide the classroom safety training needed. The reporting and compliance features are solid and the tests and user options are customizable. The support team is great, they are always there to answer questions, add users and help manage your training courses.
Cons
It's not mobile compatible yet, though that feature is coming. This makes it harder to watch the videos remotely. The reports could also be more customizable.
