Not sure yet. There's a lot to improve especially in creating classes, which has been a bit difficult compared to other programs I've used before.

Cons

Creating classes with videos isn't very easy and learners find it difficult to use.

Fantastic customer support
Pros

The price point for the services I needed was just right. The staff support has been exceptional. Our representative did a great job of preparing us for implementation and are now guiding us through the upgrade process.

Cons

The student site was initially hard to navigate but the recent updates are making it more user-friendly.

Full of features, with excellent customer service
Pros

It's packed with features for both admins and students. Also the support is more than amazing.

Cons

If you're the platform admin, there's a bit of a learning curve because of the many features.

Perfect fit for our organization
Pros

We are currently implementing several tools from ExpertusONE in our organization. Their teams have been great! very professional and supportive, handling our feedback, requirements, updates and other inquiries to complete the implementation phase.

Cons

Some tools are quite complex but overcoming that has been an achievement for our implementation team.

Good features
Pros

Gamification and the ability for management-type roles to assign courses are great features. It's also useful to track progress especially when assigning tasks to users.

Cons

I couldn't find an option for searchable catalogs and the API limitations along with the inability to integrate with Active Directory are frustrating. These are key for us when trying to migrate existing data.

Very effective and supportive
Pros

This tool is really easy to use and understand. Very beneficial! don't hesitate to use it.

A strong LMS that promotes engagement and fosters behavior change
Pros

The results we have seen have been phenomenal. 70% of our learners (mental health clinicians) intend to change their practice behaviors based on the role-play video training we've delivered in ExpertusONE. The platform offers flexibility to customize reporting, branding, and delivery to meet our LMS needs and more importantly, those of our clients. The Expertus team has been responsive and support has been excellent. They are knowledgeable, strategic thinkers who understand today's LMS needs for tomorrow's learners.

Cons

It's a bit expensive but we feel it's well worth the investment.

Pleased with our decision to switch
Pros

Unlike other LMS systems, ExpertusONE is thoughtfully designed for various organizational users, not just learners but also for administrators who need tools that simplify their job. Managers are well supported with real time reports to track employee progress and communication tools help with follow ups when reminders or coaching are needed. This is all mobile, syncing seamlessly with the LMS, allowing you to work online or offline without issues.

Cons

The value is solid, but there's growing competition from vendors who offer free trials which could have been a good way to ease us into using the product.

An excellent app for learning on the go
Pros

You can download content for offline viewing and it will sync back with the LMS database once you're online.

Cons

Currently, you can't customize the app with your own branding. This means the branding on the web version of the LMS is different from the app.
