The ease and speed with which I can get technical support is amazing. The support team, especially our representative, has been super helpful and efficient.

Pros

They've always been willing to work with us and have been incredibly supportive. They continuously add new features and keep enhancing their product.

The best online learning platform
Pros

Freshlearn is such an easy and user friendly platform. The best part is that you get all these great features at such an affordable price. Their human support system is essential especially in the beginning stages of being a course creator. I'd definitely recommend starting with it for anyone offering online courses.

I haven't run into any big issues so far. They are always available if I need help figuring something out.

A wonderful team providing excellent support

Thrilled with my experience using FreshLearn
Pros

The help is quick and the building blocks are solid. Whenever I reach out for assistance, I always get a helpful response. As someone with little programming experience, I feel really supported, and the solution is surprisingly simple.

Cons

I miss having a full overview of how everything connects. The short connections are easy to follow with all the tools but a few more steps would really help me understand better.

Simple to navigate with excellent customer service
Pros

I've worked with several teaching platforms like Learnworld, Blackboard and Canvas. Freshlearn really strikes a balance for small businesses. It has all the features I need for selling and delivering courses, without being overly complicated. Plus it offers a great user experience at a reasonable price.

Cons

Some of the help resources were a little hard to follow with unclear images but their customer service more than made up for it. They were quick to respond and the screen-share examples were super helpful.

The worst SAS experience I've ever had
Pros

Honestly, nothing. I was a customer for over a year but only used their service for a day or two.

Cons

The lack of a free trial and refund policy was frustrating. The integrations were poor and needed Zapier, which didn't feel very secure. The sales page design tools were outdated. Customer service wasn't great either, they kept asking me questions and then just stopped responding. After they billed me for the whole year, they told me I could only cancel it myself in the dashboard, and they refused to refund me even though I would asked them to cancel a year earlier.

Poor design with awful customer service
Pros

The cost was great and they managed the migration from my previous platform so smoothly.

Cons

Fresh Learn really shows you get what you pay for. The platform is poorly designed. For example, you have to code the header and footer on every page, which is just annoying. There are a bunch of other issues like that. Their customer service is terrible too. They take forever to respond and don't offer much help. If you're looking to save money and don't mind spending your own time figuring things out, Fresh Learn might work. But honestly, you'd be better off spending a bit more on a better service.

Pros

I've really enjoyed the whole process. I love how easy it is to create and manage courses on this platform. As a course creator, it is amazing to be able to connect with my students so easily in such a user friendly online learning environment.
