Highly adaptable to suit your business requirements
Pros

What I really enjoy about this platform is the freedom to customize it to meet the unique needs of our business. It allows me to design each community to reflect the specific visual style of different departments and easily point out new or important content. The support team is always on top of things and offer excellent customer service no matter when I reach out. All this makes for a great experience.

Cons

One thing to keep in mind is that with all the customization options, you need at least some basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to make it look the way you want. If you're not comfortable with design or coding, it can take quite a bit of time to get everything just right. My advice is to plan carefully and really figure out what you want the platform to do so you don't end up trying to make it do too much at once. It might get overwhelming this way.

Gives us control!
Pros

What really stands out about Fuse is how quickly it lets our L&D teams build and roll out learning solutions. My admins can easily adjust the system to adapt to the shifting needs of our business which is such a huge advantage. I certainly enjoy the kind of control it provides me. The Universal Analytics reporting and dashboards also provide valuable insights into how people are engaging with content across the company. Plus, the content development team at Fuse is amazing and always there for you in case you need them.

Cons

They have made a lot of progress in how quickly they fix bugs but there is still some room for improvement to ensure issues are resolved even faster.

Top tier platform for social learning
Pros

One of the best things is the flexibility to log in at any time from any device and access short, well organized learning programs. All this while being able to engage in informal learning socially. The CSM and support teams have been incredibly cooperative as they're quick to respond to any questions or issues.

Cons

I don't have many complaints however I do think there are some areas that could be enhanced, especially in terms of how the system is structured.

Great for social learning
Pros

I find it really simple to use and its great for promoting social learning. Developing learning plans and uploading different types of content doesn't take much effort. It makes learning and collaboration so much more engaging!

Cons

Would be great if learners could access their feedback on mobile just like they can on desktop. It would make the platform more flexible and accessible.

Such an amazing team!
Pros

This platform is user-friendly for both admins and end users. Its adaptable to the specific needs of our business and works well across all devices. I love that it supports various content formats, and the reporting features are really detailed. The team is always so helpful, patient and supportive. There are plenty of resources to assist with design and configuration on a day to day basis.

Cons

It would be really helpful if learning plans had an expiry function, I think they are already working on that. It would also be nice if I could add individual content pieces to a learning plan, not just topics.
