Content that makes me happy

Pros

It maintains a recurring theme throughout all modules, making it very easy to understand and is very light and breezy. The account management is also great. It offers excellent value for money, not to mention.

Cons

The only downside is having to wait for more! We are happy with the content but we would love to have more to upload to the LMS.

Turning functional into fun

Pros

We have not officially launched this within our business yet but the employees who have seen it really liked it. They enjoyed how a normally dull subject was turned into a fun and engaging course.

I haven't found anything to dislike yet as we haven't officially launched it to the business.

iAM is revolutionizing e-learning

Pros

The team at iAM is extremely approachable and open to ideas. Any teething problems we've had have been dealt with at lightning speed, with solutions often found before we have even finished sending the email. They really do have superpowers! The video-based training courses are highquality, engaging and fun to watch while still being compliant with the law. Navigation through the courses is easy, and additional resources are provided for every course, which is an added bonus. Initial feedback from users has been very positive.

Cons

For anything we haven't liked we have been able to talk to the team and gain a better understanding of why things work the way they do.
