Provide great assistance when needed
Pros

Not only do I find it easy to use but the service is also prompt and friendly.

Cons

The learning feedback feature is good but one thing that disappoints me is that searching for courses is not very easy.

Easy to use but has its flaws
Pros

The LMS portal is pretty simple and user friendly. And the good thing is that Biz Library Courses are included too.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that reporting setup is not the best with fewer analytics available in the reports.

Learner-centric LMS
Pros

Overall the system works really well for us. Learners find it simple to use and easy to navigate.

Cons

Customer support needs improvement as they do not communicate well and often promise more than they deliver. Also I feel like there should be a way to upload SCORM files in bulk.

Reasonable tool but support is pretty slow
Pros

It is user friendly and has most of the features our clients need to understand and use it properly.

Cons

Frequent updates happen which is good but with it customer support should be great but this is not the case as they are often slow to respond whenever needed.

Easy to customize and use
Pros

The thing I really like about it is that learners can easily log in and have options to create videos, courses and curriculums without any problem.

Cons

Well I feel like reporting and task evaluation could be made simpler.

Perfect LMS to suggest to big companies
Pros

It is versatile and customizable, a SaaS product with a strong API that integrates smoothly with our clients HR systems. Plus it works on mobile, even offline and supports various learning methods like on demand mobile and instructor led training.

Cons

I think it would be great to have a built in course editor though this can be managed using SCORM-compliant tools like Captivate or Articulate.

Very cooperative support team
Pros

The platform is customizable and the project team is skilled and very cooperative. In short we have enjoyed working with Upside since 2012 and have seen them grow stronger with every update.

Cons

Quality assurance is not the best and could be improved. Everything else seems fine to me.

Excellent UX with company-focused features
Pros

Well the user experience is excellent with a great interface and it is easy for admins to manage the LMS. Also it has a great set of features that keep users like us engaged.

Cons

The ILT module is very thorough but takes a lot of time to set up with all the configurations. Also I think it would be better if it was faster to configure.
