Very helpful for businesses
Pros

Latitude was designed with businesses in mind, so their implementation team understood our organization's needs perfectly. It gives clients control over who gets trained and when, while still keeping standards high for accreditation.

Cons

There are too many steps for our business model so some parts feel redundant. I wish I could turn off some features and get straight to the results for example, going from role to required courses involves too many clicks.

Unable to delete training sessions
Pros

What I liked most is how easy it is to add new training content.

Cons

I can't delete or edit parts of the training, and I keep getting lots of emails.

I can log in and train whenever I want and it's super easy to use, this is why I like this software

Works fine for me!
Pros

I appreciate the ability to use individual computer presentations.

Cons

I think it's not really set up for an industrial environment like it doesn't automatically notify students when procedures update and I haven't figured out how to import third-party training records.

Good software paired with amazing support
Pros

The software is user friendly and their knowledge base is very helpful for learning all the features. Our company is small enough to use it for free right now but we still get same-day support whenever we report an issue.

Cons

Nothing much to say here. There are a few features I'd like but maybe they exist and I just haven't taken the time to learn them yet.

Worth every penny
Pros

This LMS supports SCORM, so I could easily upload projects created with Adobe Captivate 2019, something other platforms struggled with.

Cons

Enrolling in courses can be difficult sometimes.

Perfect for sole educators with lots of students
Pros

It was exactly what I needed to put my courses online so my students aren't tied to a specific time or place for continuing education.

Cons

I have to hire an outside company with special software to convert my PowerPoint and Google Slides into a format compatible with the LMS. I wish I could upload new courses myself.

Old version was better
Pros

Honestly I don't like the new format at all.

Cons

I don't like anything about the new system. I preferred the old one with included trainings. If I had the time to develop my own trainings, I would use the previous system. The new version should have carried over the old trainings and added new options for course creation. I don't use this system anymore.

Ideal for beginners
Pros

I have used the free version for a while. It's a cost effective way to publish courses online.

Cons

The out-of-the-box look is pretty ugly. It takes a lot of effort and know-how to make it look customized and not cookie-cutter.
