Great support and forward-thinking approach
Pros

We switched our LMS to Learnupon in 2024. We were mainly interested in their learning journeys feature as it allows us to develop customized learning paths for specific roles within our organization.

Cons

At the moment, their content creation tool operates via another platform called Easygenerator, and even though it is linked to LU, it makes me steer away from our internal LMS which is annoying.

Solid LMS with useful features
Pros

LearnUpon software is quite easy to operate. Also their team is amazing as they always reaches out and checks in with me. The reporting capabilities are excellent too, and it even meets my documentation needs.

Cons

Sometimes I face technical difficulties with course enrollments and running reports but their support team is readily available and responds very quickly.

Training become easy with it
Pros

It fulfills all our company's requirements by allowing us to set up multiple white labeled portals for onboarding and training across various software products.

Cons

I feel that it is falling behind some of its competitors when it comes to implementing learning journeys and using AI.
