Pros

The user interface is solid on both the admin and learner sides. Also it's customizable enough to match our branding without being overly complicated. There are tons of features and integrations, and the best part is we can just enable or disable what you need.

Cons

Making big changes to data from the admin side can be a real pain. A good example is updating course certificates like there is no way to update the template for all courses at once, so we have to go into each one manually.

Pros

Searching and navigating is very easy, and everything loads quickly, which has proven very beneficial for us.

Cons

It really needs a refresh as the graphics feel outdated and I feel like a preview mode would be very helpful.

Pros

I found Litmos really easy to use when it came to creating and delivering training. The tools for managing courses and tracking learner progress were simple to understand, making it easily adaptable for both the creators and the learners.

Cons

Litmos UI pretty boring. The old school page-turning format makes the system feel static, and I did not find it interactive enough to keep things engaging.

Great system for learning and tracking
Pros

Handling training has become so much easier now. Assigning and managing sessions is also not a problem anymore and keeping track of required training is super simple. In short don't have to stress about missing anything.

Cons

SSO can be a bit unreliable at times and I feel like searching for new training could definitely be better.

Great experience...
Pros

Teaching our team how to use the platform was a simple task as it barely needed any training. We also really like all the ready-made Litmos courses available for employees to complete and add to their achievements. Plus, the customizable dashboard and personalized Litmos site are a nice touch.

Cons

Litmos has badges and points but honestly, no one really seems to care about them. Also, adding an external learning record is way more complicated than it needs to be.

Pros

Litmos was budget-friendly and easy to set up. Like we able to do it on our own. Also it provided helpful reports on adoption, test scores and tracking everything in one place.

Cons

I think their customer support could be a lot better.

Work, but not easy to use
Pros

We used Litmos for a long time in our company to provide external training for our members. It definitely had its flaws but in the end, it got the job done for what we needed.

Cons

The content is not easy to adapt and keeping it updated with all the changes in our business was too difficult.
