Keeps you in the loop with the best learning modules

Pros

It is specifically designed for learning but they have made it fun and interactive. We can build a huge library of learning modules and connect them in a way that's similar to a streaming service.

Cons

Looop is not as data-focused as some of its competitors and depending on the size of our company I feel like this could be a downside.

One of the best platforms for learning

Pros

Loop is pretty user friendly. What I find most helpful is the Campaign feature. And being able to automate emails from a specific email address lets us create things like Equality Calendars and have the emails go out automatically. Also it is useful for compliance training allowing us to automate the distribution of training alongside new starter surveys.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing I dislike about it. It is a solid platform that serves its purpose perfectly.

Looks great but a little complex

Pros

The search function is simply outstanding. So if you are using it as a knowledge base it is almost like having your very own Google.

Cons

Sometimes building campaigns and pathways can be a little confusing and challenging for us.

Pretty easy to customize

Pros

It is really easy to customize and flexible in use. I love how you can integrate external links which makes the whole experience feel centered around the learner. The setup is simple too and navigation is user-friendly keeping the user experience in mind. It can be branded as needed includes assessments and does everything you'd expect it to. If any challenges arise our Looop partner has been amazing as they are always available, pretty patient with all my questions and an excellent support system. Overall I would recommend it without any hesitation.

Cons

At first branding the platform can take some time but once that's set up, everything else is smooth sailing. Overall there is really nothing negative to say from my side as the platform is simply amazing.

A flexible system that's easy to set up

Pros

As a small L&D team I now feel empowered to reach a global audience with tailored content for my business. The Looop team has patiently shown me how to master the platform from customizing the look and feel to managing complex external training events. They have never hesitated to help and their support has allowed me to transform how our business learns and measures its impact.

Cons

It's been quite a learning curve for me and I have had to put in a lot of time but I do not see this as a downside. I believe the effort will definitely pay off. For other users the learning curve has been much easier and the main content creators in the business have been able to create content with minimal input since the platform is so easy to use.

By far my favorite LMS

Pros

Honestly everything about it is great. The UI is simple and user friendly, content creation is quick and the analytics are incredible too. So if I had to pick one standout feature it would definitely be campaigns. Plus the ability to create custom Slack messages and emails triggered for specific groups based on criteria has completely transformed how we engage users. Overall Looop's client services team is also among the best I have worked with as they are friendly and responsive.

Cons

Nothing at all. I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about it. They are always engaging with their users for feedback and they are constantly improving. Plus they even host monthly knowledge sharing sessions where the users can learn from one another.

I highly recommend it

Pros

The platform is easy to use and manage on our own. Plus being able to make changes in-house gives us full control and speeds everything up. Also the system is user friendly so both admins and users find it simple to navigate.

Cons

Not much to share. As any suggestions or ideas for improvements are always welcomed by the team and they are usually already working on them in development.

Packed with the best features

Pros

Looop has so many amazing features. From the helpful chat function to the ease of use for our learners it does everything L&D professionals have dreamed of. Plus it stops knowledge from getting buried in endless courses, presents information the way people need it, when they need it and removes the ambiguity surrounding L&D. Also it offers analytics and insights on how the platform and resources are being used.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike at all. It has completely exceeded my expectations and continues to get better.

User-friendly and looks great

Pros

The campaign feature is simply amazing. As once we have set it up you can guide users through an entire program with just a click including sending reminder emails to both the learner and their manager.

Cons

To be honest there is nothing much that I dislike. However a bit more customization functionality would be a nice bonus but I know they plan to roll this out in the future which will address all the needs.

I highly suggest using it

Pros

Looop is pretty easy to use which makes it very accessible for our learners. Also I have worked with other LMS platforms in the past that made it difficult for learners and clients to jump in and start learning or find what they needed. Overall this one removes all those barriers.

Cons

I have no complaints as I find everything about it to be amazing. Plus their customer service is simply exceptional.
