The software's performance has been consistently reliable and the customer support team has been outstanding in addressing any issues we've had. In a short amount of time, this software has seamlessly integrated into our daily operations.

Cons

The analytics features on the platform are quite basic and could benefit from some improvements. It would also be great to have more detailed and comprehensive reporting features.

Vector EHS makes safety management easier

The Vector EHS program has greatly simplified our environmental, health and safety management processes. The userfriendly file screens made it easy for our team to get started without any formal training. The software's customization feature gave us the flexibility we needed and the reliable technical support has been invaluable.

Cons

We were generally satisfied but occasionally struggled with complex features, although this was rare. We later realized that we weren't using all of the software's capabilities. It might be useful to periodically remind us of the areas we are not utilizing. Also the pricing is a bit high, flexibility on that front would be appreciated.

It is a fully webbased platform and allows us to track and analyze recorded data. It helps professionals analyze activities directly from the base platform.

the software does not support API integration.

Great tool for scheduling

Pros

The best part of Vector EHS is the scheduling feature, employee evaluations and staff assessments. It's so convenient to manage everything under one platform.

Cons

So far, no issues. It would be great if more sectors could be added.

Some limitations exist when creating forms. The base form is foundational for many other forms which can restrict customization.

Excellent platform for basic EHS requirements

The ability to customize forms and other system elements is what both my team and I appreciate the most. It allows us to tailor the system to fit our company's unique needs.

Cons

There are certain aspects of the system that need improvement such as the difficulty in scheduling and maintaining routine inspections. Specific tasks have to be done to make it work, and then those tasks need to be taught to others which can be complicated.

A powerful and easy-to-use safety management tool

Pros

I've managed Vector EHS for over 400 employees for four years. The ability to group employees, pull reports based on specific criteria and track progress has made my job much easier. While the learning curve as an administrator can be steep, the system is very userfriendly. Vector's customer service is also quick to respond. On the employee side, the mobile app simplifies everyday tasks, allowing employees to complete inspections, incident reports and observations directly from their phones. It also tracks tasks and sends reminder emails for assigned training or corrective actions. Overall we've been happy with the service.

Cons

Currently, we don't use the JSA section of Vector EHS. Employees still find it more efficient to use paper/PDF JSAs for task customization. We also hope to be able to complete training via the app soon.

Dependable platform for safety tracking and analytics

Pros

Frontline managers can enter incidents, hazards or inspections and senior managers are alerted. Safety managers can perform investigations. Multiple sites can be rolled up into one dashboard and the filter feature allows for easy, detailed analysis of individual sites.

Cons

The time delay when working with reports can be somewhat frustrating. It's manageable as long as you plan ahead but it's something to keep in mind. Otherwise there's not much to dislike about Vector EHS.
