          Our organization has a different kind of structure that can sometimes be tricky to navigate and work within. If there was more flexibility in the organization structures, it would give us greater capabilities when creating and distributing content.

          At first it felt a bit overwhelming to lose direct control over site administration but we can still get everything done. The team is very quick to handle tasks that only they can perform.

          Plugins and extensions in this tool like H5P help me create more complete assessments and the best part is it's free for Moodle.

          Clinical setup and migration both went well
          Pros

          Our team chose eThink for a solution that could handle a high number of concurrent users. The whole migration was smoothly managed with a dedicated project manager and a skilled technical team who were very responsive throughout. We managed to transition the site over a weekend, though pre loading all the data took a few weeks.

          Cons

          No real dislikes right now. Overall we are very satisfied with the approach, the technology and the team. We lost some admin access, but that was expected with a managed platform.

          eThink keeps our LMS running smoothly 99.9% of the time.

          Cons

          Wait times have increased. Sometimes I get immediate responses but other times it takes a full day, two days or even a week if my concern needs to be escalated. I recently waited a couple of weeks for a request. Sometimes the customer support solution doesn't fully meet my needs and I end up finding a better fix myself. I also don't like having to wait 24 to 48 hours just to get a plugin installed, I wish I could do it instantly.

          Their support services for Moodle admins are excellent. They respond quickly and offer solutions right away. Also they are great at advising on plugins and how best to meet our goals.

          Cons

          Losing Moodle Partner status after their merger was unfortunate. Also limiting file uploads to under 100MB makes it harder to submit student work and manage staff resources.

          I have had wonderful experiences working with eThink since I started my role nearly two years ago. I have interacted with several different support representatives in various capacities. I'm not exactly sure how my tickets get assigned but I usually have a consistent first point of contact who provides excellent customer service and advocacy. I have also taken advantage of some professional development opportunities offered by eThink/OpenLMS, including participating in courses and attending multiple educational webinars. With over ten years of experience in customer service, I am consistently impressed by the responsiveness of the eThink team. I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with them. I want to specifically thank those I've worked with most closely for all their help and support.

          Cons

          I left a review over a year ago and back then my only gripe (which was a stretch) was that I preferred phone calls over emails to resolve issues. Since then, I have had a few calls and we have solved deeper issues more quickly. The calls don't have to happen often since their rep usually fixes my tickets on the first try.

          Their collaborative approach makes me feel like a true partner in solving problems and finding innovative solutions. Without eThink's help during the COVID pandemic, we would not have been able to support our campus as we did in going fully online. They seamlessly added plugins and third party tools, answered platform questions, and offered advice on making our customized platform stronger, all with a �can-do� attitude.
