• Access the LMS Module -  Log into your Rippling dashboard, go to the “Learning Management” module in the main menu, and click “Manage Courses”.
• Choose a pre-built course or Create one -  You can explore the extensive Rippling Learning Management library and pick any relevant course. If you can not find the relevant course, create one using the inbuilt tool. Remember! You can also import content from the Go1 library as well.
• Set Enrollment Rules -  Once you are done selecting or creating a course, choose automatic enrollment rules, such as new hire, promotion, department, job role or level. Do Enable recurring training if certifications expire.
• Assign Courses Manually (Optional) -  Choose specific employees or groups, set a due date and optional reminders.
• Track Progress and Certifications -  Go to the reports tab to check completion status, certification dates, and overdue training. Export reports for audits or compliance reviews.
• Enforce Training Before Clock-In (Optional) -  Go to settings > enable Clock-In Restrictions, and link specific courses to job roles.
• Use Automated Reminders -  Go to the course settings, turn on email or app reminders, set reminder frequency to reduce manual follow-up.
• Maintain & Update Courses -  Update existing courses if you need to add new information or remove certain points. Archive old content no longer needed to keep the relevant and fresh content on top.
