Saba Talentlink's is so much adaptable with its application form. Also it allows us to configure various recruitment processes based on the specific job we're recruiting for. I also appreciate that TalentLink consistently works to stay current with the latest recruitment trends, which I find to be a very valuable feature.
Cons
I think they need to consider that managers do not spend a lot of time in recruitment software. So it would be great if they made the process simpler for those of us who only handle hiring occasionally. Right now, it feels more complicated than it needs to be.
