Improve your training experience with SkyPrep

Pros

I found the platform to be really easy to use. During our first store opening, we used SkyPrep, and the staff found it super simple to complete their online training. This platform really helped prepare them for the hands-on training. The AI feature is amazing and the interface is really intuitive.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like. This is an exceptional platform.

A comprehensive, easy-to-use LMS with great support

Pros

SkyPrep LMS has been an excellent addition to our learning management system. The real time customer support team is one of the best features, they have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The platform integrates effortlessly with our Single Sign On (SSO) systems, making it easy for staff to access the LMS. Its userfriendly design makes it simple to navigate, even for those who aren't very tech savvy. Plus its customizable interface and strong reporting features help us tailor the platform to meet our organization's specific needs, improving the overall effectiveness of our training programs.

Cons

The only regret we have is not adopting it sooner. Making the switch really highlighted how much potential we were missing out on before we implemented it.

It is a good LMS software

Pros

I had a good experience with this software. It's super easy to navigate and adding users or assigning courses is a breeze. I can also generate reports on specific users or groups easily and uploading videos and training materials is simple. It's just so simple to use.

Cons

One thing I didn't like is that some of the videos have glitches and the reports sometimes come out looking strange or are overly long.

The best LMS for newcomers

Pros

Implementing SkyPrep was a piece of cake. The platform is so easy to navigate, and it didn't take much to get everything set up. The team was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process.

Cons

I don't have many complaints. There are a few minor hiccups with certain functions but nothing that affects the overall functionality. It would be nice to have a way to verify if Knowledge Boosters were sent or a way to send reminders to complete them.

Excellent training resource

Pros

I love how easy it is to use this tool. Tracking progress is quick and it's fast to load up and organize all the completed courses.

Cons

Moving training records and certificates was a bit of a hassle. Each one had to be done individually and it took us a lot of time to transfer them from SkyPrep to our HRIS.

SkyPrep is stable, reliable and easy to use. The data tracking is top notch and the reporting system supports all our needs when it comes to understanding usage and performance. This enables me to make informed decisions about optimizing courses, developing new offerings and targeting follow-up courses.

No complaints here. They have worked hard to improve the CMS over the past year.

Easy tool with great results

It is incredibly easy and the concierge service we received when acquiring this product was outstanding!!! It is by far the best customer service experience I've had.

LMS doesn't have to be complicated � this one excels

Pros

Setting up courses in it was a breeze compared to other systems I have used in the past. This was actually the fourth LMS system I've demoed over the past decade and SkyPrep made the process seamless. Even though we had some unique requirements, they were quick to help, even providing video calls to walk me through specific settings. I was able to upload a course, create quizzes and get it customized in less than an hour!

Cons

One downside is that they don't offer 24 hour customer support. This can be a bit tricky if there's a tech issue after hours or during holidays (since they observe American and Canadian holidays, sometimes you can go four days without service). However if there's a major system shutdown, they're still responsive. We luckily haven't faced any system issues. Just make sure not to schedule your initial rollout during their holidays, as support will be limited.
