The most impactful feature we use is the Salesforce integration. It provides new members with clear processes and detailed explanations on how to navigate our Salesforce system. Overall, my experience has been very positive and I truly appreciate how it properly demonstrates workflows.

It tends to pop up a lot, which can get pretty distracting at times.
