Thrive customer service is truly exceptional. They genuinely care about my needs and those of my company, always going the extra mile and remaining responsive.

Cons

I have noticed that after the implementation period, I lose direct support from the team. Even though they keep in touch, we discussed adding quarterly meetings to maintain ongoing oversight.

There is so much I like about it, such as its reporting capabilities, effective audience management and smart rules. Also, it is easy to use and accessible.

Cons

Well I have faced some issues like technical errors and inconsistencies in the responses to my questions.
