Thrive customer service is truly exceptional. They genuinely care about my needs and those of my company, always going the extra mile and remaining responsive.

I have noticed that after the implementation period, I lose direct support from the team. Even though they keep in touch, we discussed adding quarterly meetings to maintain ongoing oversight.

There is so much I like about it, such as its reporting capabilities, effective audience management and smart rules. Also, it is easy to use and accessible.

Well I have faced some issues like technical errors and inconsistencies in the responses to my questions.

One thing that makes it stand out is that the platform grows along with our business. As it keeps adding new thrive features as we expand, it becomes even more useful in the long run.
