Pros

Topyx makes training completely electronic which is super convenient. Its easy to use and allows both users and managers to keep track of the training needed and completed. You can also create reports of this in PDF format which comes in really handy. This makes it a useful tool.

Cons

I've noticed that the software server goes down quite often which sometimes makes it difficult to complete training. I also wish the training had more interactive elements rather than just audio.

Good for Online learning
Pros

Been using TOPYX for our 6 week online program and ongoing education subscription. We appreciate the fixed pricing, the social features, forum integration, and the ability to manage ongoing billing. Not bad.

Cons

We did face several issues with customer service at first but with time, things have definitely improved.

Highly adaptable tool
Pros

After two years of searching for an LMS that suits our needs and budget, we finally found Topyx. Setting up any LMS takes time but Topyx is easy to use and doesnt have this issue. We use it in a unique way, mainly for sending announcements to our customers and keeping them updated on software changes. It has helped reduce support calls and saved us both time and resources. We found it to be super helpful for our business due to these qualities.

Cons

One thing they can focus on is customer service. Takes too long to resolve issues!

Flat rate pricing model helps makes budgeting easy for us
Pros

Its been two years now since we first started using TOPYX and it has been a great experience so far. The customer service is always quick to respond, and the flat rate pricing makes budgeting convenient. It has all the features we need to put it in simple words.

Cons

If I could change one thing, it would be reducing the number of clicks needed to access a course and I would also work on improving the learner dashboard.
