Support team is good
Pros

The interface is simple and uncluttered. Also there are multiple interactive content options available. I also like the support team, as they respond promptly and help in every sort of situation.

Cons

I really wish they provided a live example for each type of interactive content as it would make things so much easier. Also, I think branching scenarios should be pulled from existing interactive content instead of being separate. Hopefully, they'lll make these improvements soon.

A great fit for our training demands
Pros

There are multiple things that I like, such as content development tools, customization options, checklists and the solid support provided.

Cons

The forums need improvements. Although I use them daily, still I am unable to extract the analytics I need. Plus I wish they introduce more useful features for both users and administrators.

Pros

Well I am impressed by the wide range of customization available. It is like I can create almost anything I need.

Cons

I feel that there should be more detailed log files and tracking for administrators, Mainly when multiple admins are making content changes.
