Easy to set up and use

Pros

This product is simple to set up and work with. Also it offers plenty of reports and visuals that help me keep track of certifications.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to figure out which reports actually show the correct certification info I need.

Good but limited customization

Pros

For every certification we can save multiple documents. If attendance lists, exams and certificates are needed, we can store all of them and quickly access them. Plus the mobile app lets employees show proof of completion right from the job site.

Cons

Vairkko offers a lot of reports but none can be customized. Plus when exporting data to Excel, many values get stuck in a single cell which makes it hard for me to work with the data.

Decent but could be better

Pros

The software does an amazing job for us in managing data storage whether it is assets, training, certifications, documents, memos or other admin tasks.

Cons

Some features do not really connect well with each other which makes running reports tricky for us. Even creating forms is not easy as we expected and basic search functions seem to be missing.

Works the best for us

Pros

I really like the fact how easy it is to check the roadmap status and move through the roadmaps.

Cons

Using the reports is not the easiest. I think it would help if they were organized better so users could find the right report for what they want.

It is pretty easy to use once we get the hang of it.

I have not seen any online manual or received formal training on how to use the system.

Reliable but lacks customer support

Pros

This product is user friendly. Exporting reports to Excel is especially helpful. I mainly use HR Cloud but rely on it specifically to run lots of reports.

Cons

Since this is our first software there was nothing to integrate with. Also the reports do not separate information the way I need. Although I can request changes the response takes so long that I end up doing it manually.

feature-rich & solid support

Pros

It offers great features that my entire team can use daily. And having so many tools in one place makes the administrator's job much easier.

Cons

With so many features being added all the time it at times feels like we might be missing out on some useful new tools that could help the entire organization.

Simplifies our tasks

Pros

Tracking certifications has made the Licensing Administrator's work a lot more manageable. Plus running reports to see what needs attention is simple now and the QR code feature makes it easy for us to provide important documents across multiple locations for our State Licensors.

Cons

The integration could definitely be improved. Also we noticed many mismatches in Employee Profiles like phone numbers and addresses not matching correctly.

Meets our expectations

Pros

Managing and scheduling courses for our organization requires a centralized system that the whole team finds easy to use. And thanks to VAIRKKO Suite it offers what we needed.

Cons

There is a learning curve involved when it comes to managing the system. As we spend quite some time figuring out how it works.

Worth the money

Pros

Not only is it easy to use but it is quite reasonably priced too. Exactly what we were looking for.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say as it is a great software that keeps getting better.
