Decent platform

Pros

Its a solid system with plenty of capabilities and great features!

Cons

There are constant malfunctions with the IT system, and the reporting feature is not very user friendly. Its pretty limited and I find the app to be quite frustrating to use.

A great tool for learning!

Helps us create a fun, branded learning centre for employees. There are plenty of ways to add engagement and make learning more interactive.

Cons

Some important features I've been asking for are still missing even after several years of reminding. Should focus on the feedback!

Userfriendly at both ends

Pros

Found it simple set up and use from an admin's perspective. Also the employee engagement through comments, likes and message boards is a nice touch.

Cons

Formatting can be tricky when I'm putting together a module with several graphics. I also wish I could just view PDFs by scrolling through them instead of having to open them in a new window or pop out.

Professional support staff

Pros

The support team is great! They are really well trained and helped me with all the issues last year through calls and demos. Very thankful to the team for all the assistance.

Cons

There were a few missing features we really wanted but your recent updates and the integration with PlayerLync have fixed that. All good now!

Wisetail is an efficient tool

Pros

The interface is really easy to use. Simpler to create training courses and generate reports compared to Schoox and other platforms.

Cons

The learning process is a bit tough for beginners and I would definitely recommend practical training at a fair price.

Amazing customer service!

What I love most about using this is how easy it is to use. The customer service is also right up there, they are always so helpful!

Cons

This is not Wisetail's fault to be specific, but I don't like that I am not able to use some of the really cool features due to extra costs. The multi-language tool in particular would have been a great addition to our platform! A bit disappointed by that otherwise everything is fine.

Flexibility it provides

I love the flexibility it offers to design the platform the way we visualize.

Cons

Its a bit of a pain that we can't remove the hardcoded settings.

Not your typical LMS

Pros

This isn't your usual LMS. Provides great customization options letting us adjust the learning experience to fit our specific requirements. Such a great tool!

Cons

Would be really helpful if there was a more transparent product plan. If Wisetail made a public roadmap available where we could see which features are being worked on and which ones may not be given priority, it would certainly help us plan accordingly.

One stop solution with ability to personalize

Pros

We can really personalize the user experience. The tech allows for detailed permissions and it serves as an all in one solution for communication, compliance, development, and daily tasks. Makes it worth it!

Cons

New features often come with some issues for the first few months which can be a bit frustrating.

Good software

Pros

The branding options are great and the customer support is well trained and amazing.

Cons

Have met some size limits on files and I've had issues where media gets lost when uploading. Its a little annoying.
