Essential for organizations of all sizes
Pros

BRIDGE is a great platform for companies that take professional development seriously.

Cons

It's not really a downside of the platform itself but I always seem to forget to check my BRIDGE account for my quarterly goals and reflections.

Great tool for marketing
Pros

Previously, we used a different LMS for course launches, enrollment tracking and progress monitoring. Since switching to Bridge, work life balance has improved. Reaching customer service has never been easier and their response time is amazing.

Cons

At times, I feel there should be a direct way to contact customer support. While there are contact numbers provided, being from India, I'm unsure how to handle it.

Great support options available
Pros

The flexibility of the software is excellent, with many features depending on what you are trying to build. The user interface is attractive and the support team is always available to answer questions and resolve tech issues. There's also a solid knowledge and resource database.

Cons

For new manager users, it can be a bit overwhelming due to all the functionality they have access to. Also since analytics aren't all stored in Bridge, exporting reports to analyze in Excel is necessary which isn't ideal.

Everything's working well so far!
Pros

The more I use Bridge, the more I like it. It's new at our company, and I was tasked with familiarizing myself with it and moving our training content over. Courses are easy to create, and you can group them into Programs or Journeys. For example if I have several courses on "budgeting" I can either keep them separate or group them into a Program since all the content is related. I'm also working on a "New Hire" Journey where recommended courses per job title, compliance videos and checkpoints to download training certificates can be uploaded and have approval requirements. The analytics features are also valuable for tracking overdue courses and sharing reports with managers.

Cons

My company typically sends Google Calendar invites (with virtual links when applicable) for in-house training courses. Right now, Bridge integrates with Google Meets to display these on the "Training Calendar" for "Live Training." However since I already create calendar invites in Google Calendar, tying it into Bridge creates an extra step. Also requiring people to log in to Bridge, register for classes and then join online would require a shift in our company culture. I wish I could use the "Training Calendar" as more of a training board to show upcoming in person or virtual sessions for the month. I also wish surveys were more customizable and could be added to Journeys. I accidentally deleted a question from a survey and couldn't put it back in the correct order, similar to issues when moving pages in courses.

A fantastic platform for learning, performance and career growth
Pros

I love Bridge's holistic approach to performance, learning and career development. The platform integrates talent review, performance and career visioning tools, making it easier to support and empower employee growth at every stage.

Cons

Some of the reporting we need are just data dumps which creates extra work on our end. There are also certain data points that don't have the reporting or visibility we'd prefer.

Bridge is a solid platform!
Pros

The user experience was simple and easy to navigate. My favorite feature was the ability to mark content as recommended and/or required per user, role or group. Smart groups made assignments super easy and the dashboards and visualizations were extremely helpful!

Cons

The reporting in Bridge was difficult to sift through. At the time, it required a lot of manipulation to get the information we were looking for.

Excellent product for managing employee learning and performance
Pros

Bridge brought everything we needed into one product, employee training, development and performance management. Journeys are our favorite feature. We use them for everything from onboarding to career progression. They are so versatile and can be applied to nearly any structured learning or development program.

Cons

This is a tough one because we love almost everything about Bridge. It's 99.99% perfect for us, but if I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the lack of ability to categorize goals. We have performance goals and professional/personal development goals. Our employees are bonused based on performance goals but not on development goals. While we have managed with naming conventions to differentiate the goal types, it would be helpful to categorize goals within the system for better analysis.

Perfect for group collaboration
Pros

The customer support is superb, getting help from Bridge is so accessible. Whether it's through our customer relationship manager, chat or email, I always know I can get immediate help when I need it. Bridge delivers learner training in a clear and easy to access way.

Cons

I'd like to see the same visuals (incomplete/complete learners) for the programs we have for courses. Some features are hard to find and use.
