Great, but has room for improvements
Pros

Setting up and managing Docebo is so easy. It didn't take long to get our program managers started with creating courses, maintaining them and helping users along the way.

Cons

I wish there was a way to create course applications. Also having more reporting options would really help.

Modern ... Not perfect...
Pros

Docebo has a clean and user friendly interface for both admins and learners. It works well overall, but there are some areas where I think improvements would be easy wins. Plus I like how well data is categorized and the reporting features are really strong.

Cons

There are a lot of limitations in it that don't seem to have any real purpose I feel, other than making things harder than they should be. And\ it's frustrating because these issues hold the platform back from reaching its full potential.

One platform for all business needs
Pros

The implementation team's support has been amazing. Also I love that we can manage three separate training programs such as Customer, Partner and Internal, all on the same platform. The admin interface is also highly intuitive.

Cons

I feel like managing training materials from the Central Repository, tracking exam score history and handling learning plans could definitely be better.

Offers good assistance
Pros

Once you get the basics of the LMS, it's smooth sailing. Navigating course features and learning plans is easy and the customer support on the technical side is fantastic. I also like how we can build pages, courses, catalogs and channels without much hassle. And, there are good options for creating an optional course library for learners.

Cons

Customization is pretty limited when it comes to different pages. Some features we expect to be included just aren't there. Also, to get the most out of the LMS, you really need some background knowledge of API and SAML which isn't ideal.

Reliable option...
Pros

Docebo is stable and easy to use for our daily training needs. It just works.

Cons

There is always room for improvement, and one big area as per me is reporting as it's not great.

Enjoyed using it...
Pros

It is quite easy to access, and I like the fact that Docebo keeps updating and improving its product line.

Cons

At times, they take too long to update important areas that really need attention which annoys me.

Stable LMS with promising new features
Pros

Docebo offers a lot of flexibility and useful features. We use the Discover, Coach and Share packages, plus Extended Enterprise, which allows up to 50 subdomains. The setup took time but once we figured it out, we successfully migrated 70 clients and over 5,000 pieces of content. Having support for 10 languages is also a huge plus as we expand globally.

Cons

After three years with it, one thing that really bothers me is how they charge separately for so many services instead of bundling them into a package. It makes it tough to justify the costs to leadership and all those add ons start adding up fast.

The best...
Pros

I love how employees can share their own content and it's actually where our most popular learning materials come from. Docebo makes it easy to encourage internal knowledge sharing and it's pretty easy to customize the platform for different audiences.

Cons

I really wish the formal courses and user-shared content could be more connected. Even though it is not a dealbreaker, but it would save me from having to manage two separate content libraries.

Driving meaningful learning change
Pros

My experience with Docebo has been great. It's a powerful, user-friendly LMS that makes managing and delivering training content so much easier. The admin interface is intuitive, making it simple to upload materials, track progress and generate reports. The customization options allow us to build personalized learning paths and add multimedia content to keep training engaging. From a learners perspective, it is smooth and accessible on any device. The interactive features, like quizzes, surveys and forums, make learning more engaging. Overall, it's a solid platform with great customization and interactive tools.

Cons

Pricing, limited customization and overall complexity are the biggest downsides for me.

Changing learning with AI and creativity
Pros

Whether you're running a small team or a global organization, Docebo scales easily. Plus the cloud-based setup not only gives us smooth access but even to our remote learners.

Cons

Figuring out the pricing feels like we are solving a complicated puzzle. As you must know exactly what you need to pick the right plan.
