Fantastic customer service

Pros

I was impressed by the exceptional customer service with Firmwater. Nothing seemed too difficult for our contact, who was always available to support us and help us understand and grow our needs.

Cons

The only downside to it is the pricing, which becomes a bit of a concern due to the volume of users we have. However in the initial years, the pricing was excellent.

The leading LMS solution

Pros

My experience has been very positive. The Firmwater system always functions well, and the support team is exceptional. Although I'm not very technical and often forget what to do, the support team remains calm and willingly offers their assistance. I mostly receive help from our representative and he's been a tremendous support. I always feel confident that I can rely on him. The system itself is easy to set up and learn and having live-person support is invaluable when you need to speak with someone. Their email responses are quick and very helpful.

Cons

The support operates on a 3 hour time difference, meaning they close earlier than us but open earlier too, which allows me to get answers early in the morning. If it's something urgent, they will often respond and/or take a call after hours.

Strong recommendation for Firmwater LMS

Pros

From the start, my experience with this company has been outstanding. The team made communication easy and was always available to answer questions. This was our first time using an LMS and with no prior experience, I can confidently say we couldn't have done what we did without their support. They felt like a genuine part of my team, even more so than some of my own people. The level of support they provide is beyond expectations.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative to discuss regarding the product.

The most cost-effective LMS

Pros

In my six years of using Firmwater software, neither I nor our more than 6,000 graduates have had a single complaint. Anything we requested was either fulfilled or they showed us a better solution. After six years, I explored to see if I was missing anything and within a few days, I realized I couldn't do without it. Offering services that exceed expectations really creates loyal customers and Firmwater can count me among them.

Cons

When using the product and working with the support team, there's nothing to dislike. Since we are in e-commerce, every report and response contributes to increased revenue. If you're in the e-commerce business, This software is something you should seriously consider.

Perfect fit for our training company: Firmwater

Pros

Firmwater LMS is incredibly easy to use! With the ability to create child accounts, it's scalable to any size. We can even brand our clients' LMS portals simply by uploading their logo.

Cons

A native storefront feature within it would be nice but it's really easy to integrate with Shopify for e-commerce sales.

Perfect LMS for offering courses to clients

Pros

The primary reason we chose Firmwater was its integration with a financial processing system. Also it provides client managers with excellent self service features, allowing clients to subscribe, enroll/change employee access and track employee progress. The customer support is outstanding!

Cons

The reporting features aren't fully customizable but that's not something that matters much to us. I hardly use the reporting feature at all.

A reliable, easy-to-use LMS with exceptional customer service

Pros

The ease of use, navigation and amazing personalized customer service experience have been immensely helpful. It's easy to learn how to navigate and we've been able to create numerous client sites (each customizable with branding as needed) and assign content from our host site to various client sites based on the purchased training. The flexibility to customize complex program setups has been invaluable.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say about the Firmwater LMS. In my experience, whenever we needed a missing feature or improvement, the team was responsive and solution-focused. They're invested in helping us achieve our business goals.

sturdy and flexible

Pros

Firmwater is one of the few platforms made specifically for training providers. If you need to host an LMS for several clients, this is the ideal solution.

Cons

Like with any LMS, there's a bit of a learning curve but it's not too difficult and the support provided is excellent.

Firewater was a lifesaver during the COVID shutdowns

It was very easy to use and set up but the best part was the client support. Quick responses and efficient issue resolution saved us a lot of time.

I would've preferred more visuals regarding course completion and scores.

Easy-to-use, seamless experience, outstanding support, and a great product

Pros

This product was especially easy for a non technical administrator like me to take on and understand. It was our first time using an LMS and it seamlessly integrated with what we were already doing. It also has all the features we need.

Cons

So far there's nothing I dislike about this software.
