Missing few features
Pros

I really like MedTrainer's pricing setup and how it offers a bidirectional interface. It makes things a lot more simple.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that there aren't many automation options or web crawlers available. It would be nice to have more of those features.

Quite impressed with it...
Pros

One of the best things about MedTrainer is how easy it is to use. I also love that I can create custom courses to fit exactly what our organization needs.

Cons

Well, I personally think implementing a custom course takes way too much time, or it might not be as quick as I expected.

Avoid it any cost!
Pros

Honestly, there's nothing I like about MedTrainer. It is a terrible company with shady employees and questionable business practices.

Cons

This has been a terrible experience. I lost wages due to the platforms poor performance. Nothing got done in the first six months after signing up and it took eight months just to get credentialed with the one insurance that actually mattered. On top of that, they dragged their feet to make sure I kept making monthly payments.

Keeps us organized...
Pros

We are using MedTrainer's re-credentialing service right now, and I like how well our records are maintained in QuickCred. It keeps everything organized and easy to access.

Cons

We are currently using its re-credentialing service and haven't faced any issues so far.

User-friendly software
Pros

I absolutely love how simple MedTrainer is to use for both admins and students. Assigning courses, training materials and protocols is also very easy. In short using it as an LMS has been a big success for us.

Cons

Customer support is not the best. At times it takes longer than 24 to 48 hours to get a response. The system also lags occasionally, which can make updating courses, training documents or bundles take longer than expected. I also really wish we had the ability to create and generate our own custom reports for analytics.

Completely happy with their service
Pros

MedTrainer is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Also I like that I can access a ton of information whenever I need it. Staying updated and informed is really important and this platform makes it easy.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't found anything I do not like about this software so far. It's been working well for us.

Amazing product...
Pros

It has proven to be great for handling exclusion checks, OSHA and HIPAA compliance and all our training needs. It saves us a lot of time and effort.

Cons

There is really nothing to complain about. We haven't had any issues, and it's been easy to use.

I love it!
Pros

The platform is really easy to use and integrating it into our system was a smooth process. I also like that MedTrainer keeps rolling out updates and new courses regularly.

Cons

We've run into a few issues where some courses would not let staff move forward to complete them. Thats been a bit frustrating. But other than this everything else was fine.

A strong 4-star rating from my side
Pros

What I love most about MedTrainer is the online training feature. We've never had an issue finding an e-course we needed as it's all there. We also use the credentialing feature to store all our files. Plus it's super easy to use and even has useful features like color coding for documents that need updating.

Cons

The incident reporting system is pretty easy to use but it does have some issues. Such as setting it up was more complicated than we expected, and it didn't perform exactly how we wanted. The fact that the incident form is customizable is a great feature but because of the way our system is set up, every incident has to be escalated, which has turned into a bit of a hassle.
