Easiest-to-use coaching software and incredibly clean
Pros

Honestly it's just so clean. I feel set up for success right from the start. The user experience is seamless and it does exactly what I need. From building dynamic courses that mix written content with class time, to group coaching and impromptu one on one sessions. Plus, the whole platform is HIPAA compliant. I can't believe some coaches still risk client info floating around on Kajabi.

Cons

I do wish the branding and customization features were a bit more robust, I'm not a big fan of the external URL for my profile link but honestly, the software feels so clean and trustworthy that it doesn't bother me too much, it would be awesome if there was an events feature for group excursions but hey, there's Eventbrite for that.

Super easy to use
Pros

I have found Profi super easy to use and the support team has been incredible. They respond quickly every time. I enjoy the automations tied to forms and love the simplicity of the design.

Cons

So far I haven't run into anything negative though I'm still new to using it.

Fantastic company to collaborate with
Pros

What I appreciate is how they take time to explain what the software does while also listening to my feedback for future upgrades.

Cons

The one challenge I have faced is the lack of phone support, everything goes through email, though they're super quick to hop on a Zoom call if I need real time help.

User-friendly solution with everything we and our clients need in one place
Pros

The partnership we have built with our success team is definitely the highlight. I also love the �programs� we can build, makes our cohorts run smoother and gives our clients a clear path from start to finish.

Cons

Our main pain point has been the calendar but Profi has made solid progress in improving it, we use Zoom and syncing externally can still cause issues and when setting up "payments", we are not able to give specific clients discounts. I'd love to see more client-level customization within a �program� and I know the team is working on that!

Saves time by making scheduling smoother
Pros

It has completely eliminated the need for a full-time scheduling role while streamlining our client scheduling process, saving us thousands of hours and reducing follow up time.

Cons

A little buggy and tends to lag in updates and syncing compared to other platforms I used.

A functional CRM designed specifically for coaches
Pros

To me, Profi seems like it was designed from scratch with coaches in mind. Every feature I've wanted in other CRMs (and I've tried plenty) is built right in. After a few weeks of trying it, I already prefer it over my pricier CRM. If you are a solopreneur or small biz owner like I am, I would say this is a smart, affordable choice. Setup is quick and painless too.

Cons

What throws me off is the �client limit' on different account tiers, it feels unclear, not very easy and a bit confusing.

Incredible system for coaches and practitioners
Pros

What really works for me is that it's an all in one solution that helps reduce the tools I need. I've cut out extra costs for Zoom, Calendly, Slack and more. Being a solo practitioner, I run nearly my whole practice through Profi! Huge thanks for building such a powerful system! Support is always quick and easy to reach. :)

Cons

Overall there's really not much I dislike about Profi� if I had to pick something, it'd be the ability to choose which modules show on the public page, some of my programs have more than 10 modules so I have had to combine a few just to avoid a super long page. :)

Pros

I really like Profi's exceptional customer service. Our Customer Success Partner, Andrew is always responsive and resolves any issues quickly. I also value the Quarterly Success call, which gives our organization the opportunity to share positive feedback and suggest future features for Profi.

Pros

As per my research, Profi seems simpler to use compared to a lot of the other platforms I looked into.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about Profi at the moment, that said I would be excited to see more features focused on marketing and branding in the future.
