Rise HRIS is a good entry-level option but needs refinement for long-term use
Pros

Probably one of the simplest HRIS platforms I've used, it covers everything from people management to payroll and performance reviews, though aside from payroll, other features only skim the surface still, the simple and easy design made it quick to learn.

Cons

What I feel is missing is the flexibility to tailor features more closely to our organization's needs.

Pros

What stands out is having all HR features from onboarding to payroll, they are all available under one platform.

Cons

There's a lack of smooth connectivity between features so I often have to input the same data multiple times.

I just love the customer service here! The staff is always friendly and overall, the product has made me pretty happy.

Quick and efficient service in the Lower Mainland
Pros

Being based in the Lower Mainland gives Rise a nice local touch, their agents are respectful, kind, efficient and even when my issues are tricky, they are patient and helpful plus, the platform feels streamlined and simple for payroll tasks.

Cons

One thing I really wish is that Rise integrated with my accounting software.

Outstanding experience for users
Pros

With its interactive layout and easy navigation, the onboarding process felt smooth and the features were well organized.

Cons

At the moment, Im happy with the features we have signed up for though I'd love to implement vacation tracking later, right now we are focused on keeping costs down.

Still in early stages, but great so far
Pros

Onboarding has been simple and easy and I like that the dashboard only shows what's relevant based on my role and permissions.

Cons

Some of the language used especially on the scheduling page, feels unclear, like when asking about frequency and I have noticed I'm not receiving notifications for missed punches, which would be helpful (though I haven't checked my settings for that yet).

Pros

The experience has been awesome!!!! navigating has become second nature and customer support has always been responsive and helpful.

Cons

Lately, glitches have been frustrating and the app isn't always compatible with our hardware, it can take a long time just to open or download reports.

Pros

The payroll function works well and gives flexibility to me to make changes directly in the payroll sheet.
