Simple but lack advance features
Pros

It is simple which made it easy for our team especially those with no LMS experience to manage.

Cons

I feel like it lacks advanced features like multiple white labeled portals. Also their AI capabilities seem behind the trend and we failed to set up groups for individual management.

Perfect for training staff and monetizing courses
Pros

The customizable pages are great. Also the multilingual function is a lifesaver since we train across different regions in Africa.

Cons

The graphics could use a refresh to be more visually appealing. Also, the pricing could be more affordable, especially for small businesses and startups like ours.

A pleasant experience, overall
Pros

I really like that I can create separate training environments using branches. Also there are lots of options for designing courses especially with AI-powered features like TalentCraft.

Cons

One thing I have noticed that new interface has quite a few glitches and it is taking longer than expected for TalentLMS to fix them. Plus the mobile app also needs a serious update.

Setting up courses and tests is so easy and I love the shuffle option for answers.

Cons

Well let me tell you it is not the most budget-friendly option. Also navigation is a bit tricky, especially when reviewing test answers and scores.

It offers great value for money. Also it provides lots of different features, a smooth UX and comes with an easy learning curve.

Cons

No chat support available unless you have 500+ seats which I dislike the most.

Would definitely recommend
Pros

It is easy to use. I pair it with Articulate360 and adding SCORM files while creating additional lessons is awesome. Other LMS platforms either let me upload SCORM courses with no extras or forced me to use their limited authoring tools. TalentLMS gives me the best of both worlds.

Cons

Not much to complain about, but I wish some features were not locked behind the pricier plans like AI assistance and automation, which are only available in the highest tier.

Completely changed how we train
Pros

Not only I find it easy to use but with it adding courses, assigning groups and users and customizing everything is even easier.

Cons

There is no option available to schedule when emails are sent, so at times employees get messages on a Sunday which I think is not ideal.

Very easy to use
Pros

It makes it really easy for us to personalize our brand. Also the reporting function works well and meets all our needs.

Cons

Yes, we have noticed some glitches here and there. The video function for assignments seems to depend on the users device though there are workarounds. Also, having an account manager only for higher-tier plans is something they should change.
