Delivers, except for course building

Pros

Uploading SCORM files is very easy, and I love how simple it is to create discounts, sales and bundles. Publishing courses on the platform is also a simple process.

Cons

The course creation tools could use more variety when it comes to interactive elements and templates. Also, the user limits makes me question the fees they are charging.

Unique features for competitive online courses

Pros

TalentLMS stands out for its user-friendly dashboard packed with intuitive features. It's designed to be easy for both learners and instructors, even if you've never used an LMS before. Creating courses, customizing content, dragging and dropping media, setting up quizzes and hosting live sessions can all be done in just a few clicks. You know what's the best part to me? If you are not happy, you can downgrade your plan and it is something most other platforms don't offer.

Cons

There are plenty of features, but it's still not easy for our instructors to perform bulk actions, like assigning files or tasks. Honestly, I also find it pricey compared to some other LMS options out there.

Email generation on it is slow

The pricing to get started was really competitive, which was something I really like.

Cons

Customer support is non existent. I submitted three tickets and all of them were closed without resolving my issue. In the end, I lost a customer because they had to wait way too long just to get access to their course materials.

Well I found it great for product training and onboarding new employees into company processes.

I feel like it should allow guests to register for courses and programs without needing to be part of the company.

TalentLMS is highly intuitive and easy to use. Signing in and finding content is also simple. The best thing is about it is that everything loads quickly without creating any issues for us.

The AI-generated content feature is useful, but honestly it makes everything feel too generic. I'd rather prefer something more personalized to my business.

Perfect for small companies

Setting up TalentLMS software was very easy. Plus navigating through courses and watching videos was smooth and hassle-free.

I feel like interface could definitely use an update but from the learner's side, it is not a huge deal.

Well I think custom dashboards could be better with better feedback options and more choices for tracking metrics and goals.

I love how we can customize TalentLMS to match our company's branding as it makes it feel more personal and welcoming. Plus, having access to a wide range of training content is a huge benefit.

It's frustrating that we cannot submit different types of responses for activities. For example, we can't submit both a file and a text response, which is a big limitation.

Great for assigning courses

Pros

The report generating feature is very helpful. It gives me all the records I need on course completions and for data analysis, it makes tracking progress and participation rates really easy.

Cons

It really needs better bulk action options. If they allowed multiple selections for tasks like resetting course assignments, it would save us and other users so much time.
