Perfect for simplifying operations and accessibility
Pros

The onboarding team and customer support are amazing. As they always go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly for us. The user interface is also very clean and packed with useful tools, making it easy to create training content that's both readable and engaging. Plus the smart tools help me when I am writing whether I need to shorten, expand, summarize or refine content. Plus, the insert options make it easy to add docs, videos, images, tables and even GIFs.

Cons

Uploading all our content onto the platform takes time, but that's expected with any similar tool. But it is definitely worth the effort. And my advice is that plan ahead and take full advantage of the onboarding support team as they do this every day and have great tips to help you set things up in a way that works best for you and your team.

User-friendly for both admins and end-users
Pros

Creating and managing content for me now as an admin is not a problem anymore, and it's just as easy for end users to navigate.

Cons

Not much to complain about. The only thing I would change is giving end users a little more control over how they view and organize content on their home screen.

A simple yet powerful training tool
Pros

Trainual is really easy to learn and use. Also I love the frequent updates, the variety of integrations and the responsive customer support. The app is user-friendly too and perfect for our younger staff. While the desktop version makes editing and tracking progress very simple. Reports and public sharing are great features, and Trainual University is also a very helpful resource.

Cons

I wish training paths were included in the basic plan. Also, a video tool that prevents employees from skipping or fast-forwarding through videos would be really useful.

Works, but I expected more
Pros

It keeps improving with every update. They are always rolling out new features and I cannot think of a time when an update felt unnecessary or unhelpful.

Cons

Resetting group progress on specific topics is harder than I expected and the individual date tracking could be better too. And for my work, I would love to see more details on how much time users spend on content, better date range tracking for completions and more control over resetting progress for groups.

Pretty satisfied
Pros

The interface is engaging, with great access to videos and grade tracking that makes learning more fun.

Cons

Trainual lacks integration with existing systems which frustrates me. Also it would be nice if it connected more smoothly with other tools.

All-in-one training hub
Pros

I love how easy it is to use. Plus they keep adding new features, which makes it even better.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that they charge extra for Plus features. I feel it should be included in the plans.

What stood out for me was how simple the product is to use. Overall I simply love it and I don't think it could be more perfect than this.

Simply the Best...
Pros

It's easy to use and I really like the pre-made templates as they save so much time of ours.

Cons

You definitely need to be quite tech-savvy to use the software as I have noticed it is not the most beginner-friendly.

Hate manuals? Trainual makes them fun & easy...
Pros

I love how easy Trainual software is to use, and it definitely has a cool factor. Plus it lets me create some really interesting and engaging manuals without any problem.

Cons

One thing I dislike about it is that it is a bit on the expensive side, so for a small business, it's definitely going to be an huge investment.
