I really like that the system is stable and helps our employees stay compliant with important healthcare standards like HIPAA and manager training. It definitely makes things easier for us.
Cons
I don't like the look and feel of the platform. It feels kind of old and outdated, especially considering how advanced things are these days.

The classes provided by Traliant were by far the best I've taken. They were up to date and included short segments with real actors, which really brought the training to life in a real-world setting. It was interactive and surprisingly, pretty interesting! I actually enjoyed taking these classes.
Cons
I found the software a bit confusing at first. There was one price through one organization and then a different price for others. It took me a while to figure out which price applied to me and what I needed to do to get everything set up.
Pros

The best part for us was being able to reassign seats to new employees, which made it an awesome deal. Also, the California-required harassment training was one of the least painful ones I've gone through!
Cons
Unfortunately, it doesn't integrate with our existing systems, which is a bit of a hassle.

I liked how easy the implementation was. The video content was spot on for my needs and provided just the right info to build on. In some cases, I used the software on its own without needing to tie it into the overall program, and it worked great!

Honestly, I didn't run into any issues with the software or the support. The dashboards worked fine for me too!
