Good product but challenging to learn and integrate with other platforms
Pros

Currently, we use Workday HCM, which is a very powerful tool that integrates talent management, holidays, payroll and benefits. Although we recently merged systems with another company, which was initially tricky, everything worked well in the end.

Cons

I find it really frustrating that Workday times out so quickly especially when I'm working on something like a staff review, which ends up causing me to lose all my progress. I think our IS team could potentially adjust the settings but since Workday is cloudbased, it can sometimes be affected by bad connections. Also we haven't yet integrated it with our ADP system for some parts of the business, which means that managers can't approve leave if their employee is in a different location.

Great functionality
Pros

I had a very good experience with Workday. It has a lot of good features and good adaptations. Its very easy to use and have a clear layout.

Cons

I've noticed that sometimes the language feels a bit too Americanized for my liking.

Enhancing HR management
Pros

With Workday HCM, the employee onboarding and recruitment process is simple and fast. Managing employee time and attendance as well as automating repetitive HR tasks, is simple. Generating employee payroll is also easy with this software.

Cons

It tends to get pretty slow when I'm trying to run multiple HR tasks at once.

Cons

It's really helpful and superior to anything else I've used. I don't have a comparison with any other software but it's definitely the best.

New hires sometimes find the interface a bit overwhelming and busy when they first interact with it.

Workday HCM is excellent for managing payroll and benefits
Pros

It's an easy tool for managing payroll. The system allows me to view compensation details, pay ranges and bands on a single page.

Cons

With all its features and navigation options, it can sometimes be tough to find even the simplest information because you get lost in all the clicks and pages.

A total, all-inclusive tool
Pros

I love how simple and practical Workday HCM is. I can access personal information, make requests and modify details with just one click. The platform provides visibility into the organizational structure and available vacancies, allowing me to plan my career and track my performance reviews. I can also access it from any device quickly.

Cons

One downside is that it has frequent maintenance phases. Even though it's simple to use, there's a slight learning curve.

Cons

The design feels a little outdated. It could definitely be more modern and user-friendly.
