  • Set Up Your Organization Profile - Go to the Admin Dashboard, upload your company logo, choose your brand colors, theme, set up a custom domain name, and configure email templates for learner communication.
  • Create User Groups and Roles - Go to the Users tab, add learners(individually or bulk import via CSV), assign users to groups, set roles, and invite users via email or shared link.
  • Create Courses and Training Material - Go to the “ Course Authoring” section, create a new course, add videos, images, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, SCORM/xAPI files, Typeform, or other tools. Add quizzes or assessments to measure learners’ understanding and save and publish your course.
  • Build Learning Paths - Create “Learning Paths”, combine multiple items such as courses, quizzes, and manuals, arrange them in a specific order, and set up auto-reassignment for failed quizzes or expiring content.
  • Assign Training to Learners - Choose a course or path, select individual users or entire groups, set due dates, reminders, and recurring schedules, and click “Assign”.
  • Enable Live Sessions and Manual Training - Integrate Zoom or Microsoft Teams, schedule live sessions, invite participants, record sessions for on-demand access, create and assign training manuals with downloadable content.
  • Engage Learners - Use gamification features(points, badges, leaderboards, and challenges) and enable social learning to engage the learners.
